Our mission here is to provide ideas, tips, and tricks on how to prepare simple, affordable and tasty meal ideas. Do you want restaurant quality food at home? Like many folks, we’re on a tight budget, so good tasting food that’s affordable goes a long way. Buying groceries with inflation and market downturns can feel more expensive every day. We can’t do much about that, but we can help make the most of your hard-earned dollars when it comes to grilling.
BBQ is Essential
In our house, we consider barbecue essentials to be, well, essential. We grill multiple times a week. We barbecue in the rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Any weather is grilling weather here at Gritz BBQ!
We primary cook on charcoal, but we’ve been known to use an electric smoker too. We’ve also grown pretty fond of our Traeger pellet smoker as well. As a matter of fact, we got rid of our charcoal grill completely once we got the Traeger!
